Spherasorb® soda lime - Intersurgical |
 |

Spherasorb is designed specifically for medical use as a Carbon Dioxide absorbent.
Key Features and Benefits
- Made of 3-4mm spheres processed to minimise potential dusting. Its uniform shape allows consistent bed packing, resulting in a more even flow of anaesthetic gases through the absorber.
- Reducing the risk of Carbon Monoxide generation and reaction with volatile anaesthetics. Spherasorb is more difficult to dry out than other soda limes.
- Absorbs more Carbon Dioxide than granulate soda limes.

LoFloSorb® alkali hydroxide free - Intersurgical |

LoFloSorb is a unique non-caustic medical carbon dioxide absorbent designed by Intersurgical specifically for clinical use during anaesthesia, especially at low and minimal fresh gas flows.
Key Features and Benefits
- Made of 3-4mm spheres processed to minimise potential dusting. Its uniform shape allows consistent bed packing, resulting in a more even flow of anaesthetic gases through the absorber.
- Totally eliminates the risk of reaction with volatile anaesthetics and has a permanent colour change.
- 1kg of LoFloSorb will absorb at least 120 litres of Carbon Dioxide.
- Eliminates the risk of generating Carbon Monoxide, compound A and other anaesthetic degradation products.

Intersorb Plus® soda lime - Intersurgical |

|
Intersorb Plus is a conventional soda lime Carbon Dioxide absorbent lime for medical use. The absorption of Carbon Dioxide by soda lime results in an exothermic reaction. All absorbents will generate heat, especially if exposed to higher than normal levels of Carbon Dioxide.

The Drum is Intersurgical's easy to use, pre-filled 1kg Soda Lime cartridge that has been developed specifically for clinical use during anaesthesia. The Drum can be used on all anaesthetic machines with single or double absorbers that have been designed to take the conventional design of pre-filled cartridges.

The Pyramid™ – Pre filled disposable carbon dioxide absorber - Intersurgical |

The Pyramid is an easy to use disposable absorber specifically developed for clinical use during anaesthesia to absorb carbon dioxide within an anaesthetic breathing system.
The Pyramid is an alternative option to loose fill absorbents and offers ease of exchange with minimal handling. The Pyramid can be used on all Draeger anaesthetic machines that have been fitted with the CLIC® adaptor.

- Integral foam filters, reducing dust emission
- Gas dispersion chamber to ensure optimum flow and dispersion resulting in a better utilisation of the the soda lime granules and a more visible colour change
