Mayo Healthcare have recently invested in the refurbishment and extension of our clean room assembly facility in order to meet not only the new regulatory requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA) and the International Standard for Medical Device Manufacturing (ISO 13485:2003), but also to meet the growing demand for our patient breathing circuit business.
Our facility has two clean assembly rooms with ancillary rooms serviced by class 7 bag filtration for full positive pressure ventilation. We utilise the latest pressure and leak testing equipment in our QA testing of our circuit products and a no-touch hand sterilizer for additional precautionary measures.
We assemble a variety of standard and custom designed anaesthetic, intensive care, neonatal and maternity patient breathing circuits. Our current circuit catalogue includes over 300 designs of patient breathing circuits and we offer our custom designed function to allow our customers the flexibility of designing a circuit to meet their specific requirement. “Your Choice – Your Circuit”.
Our current capacity is over 500 circuits per day and growing and our goal is to ensure uninterrupted supply of these vital products to our customers.
